Government Digital Mediation Platform

About this project

e-Mediation is a digital mediation platform developed by Web Foundation as part of a government digitalization project in the Republic of Armenia. The platform digitalizes mediation processes by providing a structured environment for managing mediation cases, participants, documents and related workflows. It was designed to move processes that traditionally depended on documents and manual coordination into a centralized digital system.

Technical Implementation

e-Mediation was developed using Laravel, Vue.js and MySQL as a custom web application supporting complex mediation workflows, case management, user and role management, document handling and structured data collection. The platform also integrates with multiple internal government APIs, enabling it to exchange and validate information with other government systems. The implementation required combining complex business rules, multiple user roles, secure document handling and external system integrations within a single application.

Development & Delivery

Web Foundation was responsible for the development and successful delivery of the e-Mediation platform, translating government and mediation-process requirements into a production-ready software system. The project covered software architecture, frontend and backend development, government API integrations, complex workflow implementation, testing and production delivery. It demonstrates Web Foundation's experience building and integrating custom software for complex, structured and regulation-driven processes.
