• Communicating with the development team on a daily basis to explain product features
• Organise scrum meetings with the development team on daily basis
• Applying agile project management practices
• Make sure that developers keep the mentioned deadlines
• Overseeing development stages including planning, refinement, review and sprint
• Checking the developers' work to identify any issues before handing over to the clients

• At least one year working experience in the field of IT Project Management-Scrum Master is a must
• Understanding or hands-on experience in software development
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Proven experience in working with small to medium development teams
• Advanced English is must (both written and spoken)
• Solid organisational and planning skills
• High sense of responsibility, ability to work within a team
